BLT Sandwich

Ingredients
- 6 strips bacon
- 4 slices bread, toasted
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 4 leaves lettuce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy
- Drain on paper towels
- Toast bread and spread mayo on each slice
- Layer lettuce, tomato, and bacon
- Season tomato with salt and pepper
- Close sandwiches and serve
Notes
- Use peak-season tomatoes when possible
- Duke's mayo if you have it
