Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
Stir Fry
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced thin
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Rice for serving
Sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Whisk all sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat
- Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes, remove and set aside
- Add remaining oil, cook garlic and ginger for 30 seconds
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas, stir fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender
- Return chicken to the wok
- Pour sauce over everything and toss until coated and sauce thickens, about 1 minute
- Serve over rice

- Cut all ingredients before you start cooking -- stir fry moves fast
- Swap chicken for beef, shrimp, or tofu
