Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Toppings: fresh fruit, nuts, granola
Instructions
- Combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, sweetener, vanilla, and salt in a jar or container
- Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight (at least 4 hours)
- In the morning, stir and add toppings
- Eat cold or microwave for 1-2 minutes
Notes
- Keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days
- Great for meal prep -- make several jars on Sunday
- Adjust milk amount for thicker or thinner consistency
